So after sifting through every coat rack in New York and New Jersey, a couple of times, I finally laid my eyes on this blue beauty at Nordstrom yesterday. Norm said I "broke the rules" according to his little poem because he wasn't there -- but I could tell that he had already had it with my coat hunt so I decided to spare him going to the mall again. Still, since when did Christmas presents have rules? I guess I like the old-fashioned way of gift-giving, you know, pick out something that you think the person will like and then... give it to them.
I really wanted to make a funny snowboarding video from our trip to Utah over the holidays but... I'm too lazy and I don't think I have more than 45 seconds of footage : ) So here are some videos of some wicked air caught by Norm and Chrissy...

Umm, Chrissy I'm sorry -- you are really good at snowboarding so that video doesn't really represent... but I laugh out loud every time I see it!!
My video huh... well there isn't one Mel. I was in control of the camera that day, I didn't want documentation of my spasmotic snowboarding skills. And it wouldn't be a very exciting video -- probably just me struggling to get back up for 15 minutes after wiping out.
Rach! I never find the cute stuff when Jeff comes shopping with me. I would have disreguarded that rule same as you! Nice find! I got a cute coat (sweater-jacket-thinger) while in Utah for Christmas. I thought I would need it when I left, but we came back home and it is too hot to wear during the day! I guess that's why I live in AZ!!!
