It's been a while...but we aren't up to much...just the daily grind. Cohen had his bottom two teeth come in (you can slightly see them here), and his top gum has been swollen and bluish this week so I'm hoping those will pop through soon. Anyway, we aren't getting the most outstanding sleep, and he is usually whining or crying when I am not standing up and walking around with him. Boo teething!! Other than that, he is at a pretty fun stage where his dad can provoke rolling laughter out of him. I am not nearly as funny, as it turns out. Norm was shaking a little cup of candy the other day and it was like the Laugh Factory up in here. I thought he was going to vomit he was laughing so hard!
Cohen LOVES being outside, and luckily we can walk out onto the patio if situations get really whiny. He'll even sit out there in his high chair like this and just watch the tree, or the neighbor kids, or listen to the police sirens go by (ha ha).
Cohen is fast and observant -- he will dart for the open dishwasher or any open cupboard/closet from clear across the room in about half a second. If there is anything that I don't want him to play with (ie forks, electrical cords, my laptop) it is ALL he wants.
I hope you will be amused at my VAIN attempts at early potty training :)

so cute rach! It seems like cohen develops so fast! He is always at the same place as Elli and she is like 3 months older than him. Smart little bugger-and so stinking cute.
I have the cutest.....and smartest grandson! Yea, the potty training is important. The mag is a nice touch!

Okay, that last one is TOO funny! Oh come on, you don't like changing a BILLION diapers? :) Ahhh, the joys...
And, I hear you on the TEETHING train. Tillie is getting her MOLARS in, and I think it's gonna put me over the edge.
But, luckily Cohen is super cute, so hopefully that tidbit can help keep you all sane!
By the way, he is getting WAY too old. What are you feeding him? :)
